Coming Soon to Pacific Place

Old Orchard Gallery Parties

Retirement Living in Webster Groves gets better again.

Where can you live, that allows you to walk a few feet from your door and into a very special cupcake shop?  Savour the aroma of the baking and enjoy a hot coffee or other beverage with the most delicious cupcake you can find.  Take a friend with you.  Have a seat in the shop or stroll directly into the Old Orchard Gallery and sit where you can take in the most current art exhibit and slide show while you visit.  Each cupcake you see will look more tempting than the last, and you can even ask for the guilt-free “mini cupcake” if you are counting your calories.  St. Louis Cupcakes is now joining the Old Orchard Gallery, Big Sky Cafe, Great Clips, Kind Soap and Tropical Moose as one of the fine Pacific Place shops conveniently available to our residents.   Independent Senior Living has never been more interesting.  Here you will discover that “where you live has an unmistakable influence on how you live”

Art on the Town

Old Orchard and Old Webster Business Districts

A Day Filled with Art in Webster Groves

The day was filled with concerts, art, dance dining in the local restaurants and demonstrations in sculpture and painting.  Grandchildren participated in workshops, a costume parade, pumpkin art.  Many of our Pacific Place neighbors took part in the event, such as the Repertory Theatre, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Webster University, Big Sky Cafe, Kind Soap, Verde Kids, and many more.  Pacific Place provides very unique access to the activities and social gatherings of theOld Orchard neighborhood.  Many of our residents and their friends and families took advantage of the day……and it was a beautiful day.

New flowers for Old Orchard Business District

The Old Orchard Business district in Webster Groves, is the Pacific Place shopping district and entertainment center.  Our residents frequent the shops, sample the restaurants, attend the concerts, races and Webster Groves Farmers Market,webstergrovesfarmersmarket.com .  Who said retirement living can’t be fun.

This year our campus got a very nice face lift with very large and colorful baskets of flowers on many of the historic lamp posts in our neighborhood.  Pacific Place residents enjoy walking the neighborhood, seeing people they know and staying healthy and  strong as they go.  A big thanks to our Webster Groves Parks Department.

St. Louis Retirement Living at its best!

Webster Groves Community Days

Every July 4th, Webster Groves celebrates with a weekend of community activities, highlighted with a parade, and fireworks at Memorial Park.  Pacific Place has supported the parade for the past six years and has been represented by several of our very attractive parade princesses.  They ride in a zippy convertable and go through rigerous training to learn the “parade wave” .  This year was the third year we have been lucky enough to have the Budweiser Clydesdale Team in our parade.  The parade starts very close to Pacific Place and our Old Orchard Business District….fun for all ages.

The 4th always ends with a great celebration of indepence by lighting up the sky.
